Who would have imagined 10 years ago that a day will come when every second bollywood movie will have a kiss scene in it. More than 80% actresses comfortable doing kiss and love making scenes (ya ya only if the script demands it...lol)

Actually this all started with the release and success of the movie murder, some serious smooch and love making scenes were real hit on the internet and youth seemed to be following them like anything.
Its not that these scenes are shot only now in bollywood. Bollywood has a long history of such scenes from zeenat aman to vidya balan, but the frequency has just gone up like anything....But personally speeking, i will still charish watching movies like DDLJ and KKHH...
